Great location, spacious apartment, well-equipped with kitchen utilities, washing machine and dryer, walking distance to beach and lake, beautiful surrounding area.

It was very relaxed and peaceful. The facities were of a good standard and pleasant in appearance

No bath, little things like 1 very,very small, thin peice of soap. No tissues.

A wide array of restaurants to eat close by, like Booktique that was only 5 minutes' walk away. Tourist destinations like the boardwalk were near to this place:)))

The location of the resort is superb; it is only a stone's throw away from the beach and very close to Merimbula's main shopping centre. The rooms are well equipped, very clean, and have comfortable beds. The showers have a great water pressure. the undercover parking is convenient and secure.

The heating system failed to warm up the pool during colder outside temperatures.

First of all, let us congratulate you on the presentation of the facility, it is a1. My family enjoyed it very much a shame that it was not longer, but we will in the future. It was clean, very modern, great design, very comfortable, very relaxing and a fantastic price a night ($250.00) that we could not believe. We have stayed at caravan parks for $320 a night in a dingy cabin with old furniture a smaller fridge, one bathroom, 2 double bunks, where you couldn't swing a cat in and outside laundry facilities. This is how accomodation should be very affordable, secure, and happy to be there, for families to have a well deserved hoilday. The staff were very friendly, easy going and accomodating. With living expenses still going up some families just cannot have a holiday. Congratulations and we will be seeing you again.

Location of the resort was fantastic. Staff were pleasant and accommodating. Our apartment was looking over a park and the beach. My two kids had a wonderful time in the pool facilities. The hotel security and undercover car parking was also a plus.

The only issue we had was with our wi-fi connection. The signal strength varied depending on where you were in the apartment. Our only connection point was behind the front door. It would have been more convenient if they had more hot spots.

Enjoyed a weekend stay with my family and we loved the location of the property, with the park and beach just a short walk away. We made great use of the two heated pools, and having two undercover car parks with storage was very convenient. The apartment was well-maintained and had everything we needed for our stay. We especially appreciated the premium Wi-Fi and Foxtel.

The weather was not on our side for one of our days there. we had some minor issues with cleanliness in the kitchen, with some items not being properly cleaned.

I am a sales rep and I stay at allot of Places, and this was definitely one of the top two places I have ever stayed! And the price was amazing!! I real refreshing place to stay after a long drive!

We spent a lovely Xmas break in a spacious apartment with great views facing both the river and the sea. The location of the property was excellent, just a few minutes away from the beach and a nice walk into town. We appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, which made cooking for our family a breeze. The 2 swimming pools and tennis court were well-maintained and provided lots of entertainment for us all.

We did experience some letdowns during our stay. The frypans were in poor condition, which made cooking difficult at times.

Two bedroom apartments are very comfortable. The kitchen is very functional and clean. Also liked the fact we could drive our car straight under the building.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious and comfortable hotel. The location was perfect, with stunning views and easy access to the beach. The spacious apartments were well-equipped with everything we needed, including a fully-equipped kitchen and a large lounge area. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The on-site facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful swimming pool and BBQ area where we spent many relaxing afternoons. The staff were friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to fulfill our requests. We were also impressed with the free Wi-Fi in the rooms and the high-quality amenities provided.

We would highly recommend this place to everyone.

The apartment was fantastic. It had everything we needed for our young family and we were in a great position overlooking the pool.

The ports cot was left for us to set up and didn't have a proper cot mattress so we had to use one of the cushions off the lounge suite.
